At last, some good news for courageous couple Giuliana and Bill Rancic after the former’s serious health-related issues — they are finally having a baby!

The couple who has a reality show, ‘Giuliana and Bill’, have been trying for a baby for quite some time and it was actually their latest unsuccessful attempt that led to the discovery of the cancerous lump on Giuliana’s breast.

The child will be born later this summer via a gestational surrogate which means the baby will be genetically Giuliana and Bill’s, but carried to term and given birth to by another woman.

“It was pretty much one of the best moments of my life, if not the best moment of my life. It was just another world, on another level,” Giuliana told Ann Curry on Monday’s “Today” show, about learning that one of the embryos they stored prior to her cancer diagnosis had resulted in a pregnancy.

“We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered. We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey,” Giuliana also told ‘E! News’.
